UNEXMIN GeoRobotics

AquaRobotX Competition Successfully Concludes

The AquaRobotX competition, organized and supported by UNEXMIN Georobotics Ltd., has successfully concluded, reinforcing our commitment to fostering the next generation of engineers and innovators in underwater robotics.

AquaRobotX was designed to introduce students to the complexity of developing underwater robotic systems through real-world engineering challenges. Throughout the competition, participating teams tackled tasks that combined mechanical design, electronics, sensor integration, and software development, providing valuable hands-on experience in multidisciplinary engineering.

More than just a competition, AquaRobotX served as a professional learning platform that encouraged knowledge sharing, practical problem-solving, teamwork, and a deeper interest in STEM disciplines. By working on realistic challenges, participants gained insight into the engineering processes behind modern underwater robotic technologies.

For UNEXMIN Georobotics, supporting education and talent development is an important part of our mission. By sharing our expertise in underwater robotics and research and development, we aim to inspire young people to pursue careers in engineering, robotics, and geoscience. AquaRobotX represents a key element of this long-term commitment.

With this year’s competition successfully completed, preparations for the next AquaRobotX have already begun. Future plans include expanding the competition tasks, establishing new professional partnerships, and introducing even more advanced technological challenges.

Further information about the upcoming competition will soon be available on the official UNEXMIN Georobotics and AquaRobotX websites.
