UNEXMIN GeoRobotics

Magyarok a Marson (Hungarians on Mars) is a national engineering and robotics competition that challenges teams to design, build and operate autonomous robotic systems under time-critical, simulated “Martian” conditions. The event, rooted in the Applied Engineering Sciences Competition, brings together university, college and secondary school teams to solve practical engineering tasks, emphasizing creativity, teamwork and hands-on problem solving. Participants must construct a rover-type robot on-site and complete mission objectives such as navigation, docking and task execution within a 36-hour build-and-operate time frame.

The competition fosters engineering excellence, innovation and multidisciplinary skills, while providing a platform for young innovators to apply robotics, programming and design expertise in a dynamic, competitive environment. UNEXMIN GeoRobotics Ltd. supports the event through sponsorship, technical engagement and encouraging the next generation of roboticists and engineers.
